Jared Nietfeld

Jared Nietfeld develops, implements, and manages the College Online programs within Jayhawk Global. He works with Executive Dean Mafi and the associate deans to identify online program development and growth opportunities, develop retention strategies, and work with the Center for Online & Distance Learning to create quality online classes.

Jared joined the College Online team in the fall of 2019 as an Academic Success Coach after first working as a Graduate Academic Advisor for the College’s Office of Graduate Affairs. He completed an M.S. in Academic Advising from Kansas State University in 2018 and is currently working towards an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration here at the University of Kansas. He completed his undergraduate degree at KU, earning a B.G.S. in Liberal Arts & Sciences.
