Data & Analytics

The College data team supports planning and decision-making in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences by providing accurate and timely data. The team strives to help College units understand how data can help them achieve their goals by being creative and innovative. 

The data team is available to College units to analyze KU data that will be used to support the mission of the University and the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. The team's primary focus is student data: majors, enrollment, progression, retention, and graduation. Some faculty, staff and space data are available as well. The team often liaises with other KU offices to support College units in their acquisition of data (e.g. AIRE, research, alumni, budget).  

Find & Request Data

The data team can provide data to any faculty or staff in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Please be sure to include your department chair or director in any data request, especially when sensitive student data are involved. Some standard reports are available through the open access AIRE website and at Visual Analytics.
