Overview

Elections have now begun for all College Committees and College representation on the University Core Curriculum Committee.  Voting will be available until 11:59 pm on Friday, April 15, 2024.

Governance in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences is shared and transparent. Faculty serve on a variety of committees to review and set policies, procedures and curricular developments. The College relies on six major bodies to assess and consider areas of significant impact to faculty and students:

• Committee on Undergraduate Studies & Advising
• Committee on Graduate Studies
• College Committee on Appointments, Promotion & Tenure
• Committee on Sabbatical Leaves
• Committee on the Evaluation of Chairs & Directors
• College Assembly
